This dialogue will incorporate global governance issues that encompass unique challenges and opportunities. Through the prism of trade, development, security and sustainability, the dialogue shall deliberate upon rising significance of Internet for developing economies.
Two central global trends to be explored are: firstly, how policy think-tanks from emerging economies are transforming from rule-takers to rule-makers, and secondly, how the digital space is raising larger global governance questions.
